How to choose a pool company in the Valley

Start with the ROC number. Arizona requires a Registrar of Contractors licence for pool work above the handyman limit, and most companies print theirs on the site. We show it exactly as listed and link to the ROC search, so you can confirm it is active and belongs to the company in a minute.

Then ask what a monthly plan includes. Chemicals, brushing and filter cleaning are sometimes priced separately, and a company that posts a clear price for each is easier to compare than one that says “from”.

Finally, get it in writing: the service-call or diagnostic fee, the warranty on equipment and finish, and who pulls the permit for a remodel. Profiles quote what each company says about all of this, with the page it came from.
